Track Your Order

Where's my order?

Once your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel. Click that link to follow your delivery in real time.

Track via your confirmation email

  1. Open your shipping confirmation email from OOTO Clothing.
  2. Click the Track Your Order button or the tracking link provided.
  3. You'll be taken directly to the carrier's tracking page with your latest delivery status.

Track via your order status page

  1. Open your original order confirmation email.
  2. Click View your order to open your personal order status page.
  3. Your tracking information and delivery status will be displayed there.

Look up your order

You can also check your order status directly on our store:

  • Visit ootoclothing.com and log in to your account if you have one.
  • Go to My Orders to view tracking details for any of your purchases.

Estimated delivery times

Please allow up to 24 hours after your shipping confirmation email before your tracking link becomes active — carriers sometimes take a little time to scan your parcel into their system.
